John Victor Andersen was born September 7, 1946. He was the baby in a family of four children born to Pete and Mina Andersen. His older sister was Alice, then brother Eric, sister Donna and then John. John lived his entire life in Bindloss until retiring.

Elizabeth Mae “Betty” Thompson (nee Hawkins) died suddenly January 15, 2019, at the age of 82 in Kindersley, Sask.

Barbara Heotta Kimber died peacefully at the age of 84 January 1, 2019. Barb was born at home in Tompkins, Saskatchewan January 21, 1934.

Margaret Innes was born in Bailleston, Glasgow, Scotland on August 7, 1925 to parents William and Margaret Innes. She died December 25, 2018 in Oyen at the age of 93, with her four children at her side.

Henry Lawson of Calgary died peacefully December 11, 2018, at the age of 93 years.

Leslie Lee May, beloved husband of Doris M. May, died in Empress November 22, 2018, at the age of 67 years.

Pauline Christina Hauck Grenon, 74, died peacefully at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie, Ontario after suffering a brain aneurysm.

Elnora was born November 17, 1920, on the family farm five and a half miles from Empress to her loving parents, William and Viola (Ferrier) Hurlburt. Elnora was the second oldest daughter of the family, with two younger sisters.

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Johnny, JC, Dad, Grandpa passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 in the Brooks Health Centre at the age of 77 years.

Dalton Stephen Grudecki died in Brooks November 4, 2018, at the age of 21 years. Dalton was born on January 3, 1997, in Medicine Hat to Christine Marie Grudecki and Felix Brian Matheson.

Christine Agnes Staples died with her family by her side, November 3, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat. Her strong faith made her death very peaceful.

Daniel George Stuckky was born July 26, 1953 in Coronation to Othel and Katherine Stuckky.

Joseph “Joe” Colbe, beloved husband of Darline, died October 25, 2018, at the age of 85 years.

Albert Porochnavy was born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan January 11, 1939; he died in Sibbald October 1, 2018, after a lengthy battle with kidney failure.

Leonard, age 79, lost his battle to cancer September 27, 2018, peacefully at St. Paul’s Hospital with his brother Rolly, sister Eileen and niece Margo by his side. He had many family visitors throughout his hospital stay.

Hilda was born December 31, 1920, at home on the homestead farm of her parents, Florence and William Coe. She was the third child in the Coe family and joined her sisters Kathleen and Dorothy.

Mary Elizabeth Marr (Betty) was born in Medicine Hat on October 4, 1945, and died peacefully on September 11, 2018, with family by her side.

John Howard (Howie) Ferguson died September 7, 2018, at the age of 85. Howard was born on July 24, 1933, in Acadia Valley.
