Kaydance Stammers

My name is Kaydance Lovette Stammers. I am the eldest daughter of Krista and Jeff Stammers. I grew up on my parents' farm about 20 minutes from Oyen. I started my schooling at Oyen Public School from preschool to Grade 6, then continued at South Central High School from Grades 7 to 12. Throughout the years in school, I found a love for reading, which later expanded into writing little stories. Dance has always been a part of my life, starting when I was just three years old. I also have a love for horses, riding with my friends at their farms or even alone around the yard at home. I enjoy traveling with my family during the breaks, whether it is just to a relative's house or somewhere warmer. One of my favourite school memories would be the school trip to Belize. Even with all the bug bites and sun burns, I still had a blast. I love hanging out with my friends whenever I can, as they are very important to me. In the future, I plan to attend the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology to study web development and design, which I am excited for.
