Pierre Poilievre, leader of the Conservative Party of Canada and candidate in the Battle River— Crowfoot by-election, dropped by the Big Country Ag Society 4th Annual Oyen Indoor Rodeo to say a few words to the crowd. He was welcomed by Damien Kurek and his son, Matthew. Kurek resigned so that his party’s leader can get back into the House of Commons.
